Group Travel
Up to ~300 travelers, coordinated as a single moving piece.
Group travel breaks down into hundreds of small decisions made under deadline. Atlas owns the coordination of those decisions — flight blocks, lodging blocks, ground transport, dietary, accessibility, dependents, and the inevitable last-minute shifts — keeping a single moving group moving in one direction.
We coordinate up to roughly 300 travelers in-house. For larger movements we partner with a tour operator under a co-coordination model and remain the single point of contact for the host.

- Manifest hygiene + late-add management
- On-the-day point of contact for travelers and operators
