Atlas Travel Management is compensated by a service fee or retainer that we disclose in writing before we start, and by the commissions that hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators pay travel agencies on the bookings we place. Supplier commission never raises your price. We tell you how each booking is compensated, and we recommend suppliers on fit — not on what they pay us.
Scoped per brief
For a single high-stakes journey — a board offsite, a medical itinerary, a milestone family trip, a one-off group movement. Fee scales to itinerary complexity, traveler count, and the number of suppliers Atlas books and coordinates on your behalf.
Quarterly · annual
For corporate teams that travel monthly, frequent personal travelers, and households with regular international movement. Atlas holds the long memory of your travel — preferences, profiles, document hygiene — across every itinerary.
Partnered with an operator
For movements larger than Atlas runs in-house. We partner with a tour operator under a co-coordination model — they execute on the ground, we remain the single point of contact for the host and protect coordination quality through scale.
Supplier charges — flights, lodging, cruises, ground transport, venues — are itemized at the supplier’s own price on a separate line from the Atlas service fee. Some suppliers charge your card directly; others are billed through Atlas. Your invoice shows which, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds flow in each case. Where a supplier pays Atlas a commission, we say so; where it does not, we quote a service fee instead.
