Engagement

Engagement fees and retainers. No commissions.

Atlas Travel Management is compensated only by the client we serve. We do not accept referral commissions, vendor rebates, or markups on third-party invoices. The boundary is structural — a coordinator who profits from vendor referrals is no longer neutral.

Per-engagement fee

Scoped per brief

For a single high-stakes journey — a board offsite, a medical itinerary, a milestone family trip, a one-off group movement. Fee scales to itinerary complexity, traveler count, and the number of specialists Atlas coordinates on your behalf.

  • Named coordinator for the engagement
  • 24/7 escalation through the journey
  • Vendor invoices pass through at cost
  • No commissions, no markups, no rebates

Recurring travel cadence

Annual retainer

Quarterly · annual

For corporate teams that travel monthly, frequent personal travelers, and households with regular international movement. Atlas holds the long memory of your travel — preferences, profiles, document hygiene — across every itinerary.

  • Standing coordinator + backup
  • Profile + preference memory across all bookings
  • Document expiration tracking
  • Bundled per-trip rate inside the retainer

Co-coordination

Partnered with an operator

For movements larger than Atlas runs in-house. We partner with a tour operator under a co-coordination model — they execute on the ground, we remain the single point of contact for the host and protect coordination quality through scale.

  • Tour operator partner selected per engagement
  • Atlas remains single point of contact
  • Manifest hygiene + late-add management
  • Host-side decisions stay coordinated through one desk
Pass-through

Vendor invoices — flights, lodging, ground transport, venues — pass through at cost on a separate line from the Atlas engagement fee. The fee is disclosed in writing before the engagement begins. Atlas does not earn commissions, rebates, or markups from any specialist we coordinate.

Tell us what you’re coordinating. We’ll scope from there.
