Privacy Policy
Atlas Travel Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal office at 1301 McKinney St, Suite 300, Houston, TX 77010 (CLIA Travel Agency Member #00838244) ('Atlas', 'we', 'us') collects only the information needed to plan, book, and support the travel you ask us to arrange. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
What we collect
Identifying information you provide directly: name, contact details, date of birth where required by a carrier or supplier, travel dates, destinations, traveler counts, and any constraints you tell us about (dietary, accessibility, scheduling, loyalty programs).
Travel-document data needed to complete a booking: passport details, visa information, and frequent-traveler numbers — only when provided by you for a specific trip, and retained only as long as the booking requires.
Payment information: when you pay Atlas directly, card details are entered into a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor and are not stored on our systems. When a supplier charges you directly, that supplier's privacy policy governs the payment.
Operational records: itineraries, supplier confirmations, correspondence, and service notes, retained for the life of the engagement plus the period required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution.
What we do not collect
We do not collect medical records or clinical information. Where travel is medical in nature, the clinical itinerary is held by your provider; we arrange the surrounding travel only.
Sharing
We share information with the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, ground operators, insurers, and other suppliers whose services you have asked us to book, strictly to make and service those bookings. Suppliers process your data under their own terms.
We may receive commissions or other compensation from suppliers for bookings we place. This does not change what information we share with them.
We do not share information for third-party marketing. We may use our own records to send you itinerary updates and, with your consent, occasional travel offers from Atlas; you can opt out at any time.
Security and retention
Records are stored on access-controlled systems. Travel-document images are deleted when the trip is complete unless you ask us to keep a profile on file. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to records we must keep by law.
