Privacy
This document is a working draft maintained by Atlas Travel Management LLC. It is published for transparency. The final version is reviewed by counsel before contractual use.
Atlas Travel Management LLC ('Atlas', 'we', 'us') collects only the information needed to coordinate the travel you have asked us to coordinate. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
What we collect
Identifying information you provide directly: name, contact details, travel dates, destinations, traveler counts, and any constraints you tell us about (dietary, accessibility, scheduling, etc.).
Document data needed for travel coordination: passport scans, visa details, frequent-traveler numbers — only when explicitly provided by you for a specific trip.
Operational metadata: engagement notes, vendor correspondence, and itinerary decisions, retained for the life of the engagement plus a reasonable archival period.
What we do not collect
We do not collect financial account numbers, payment instruments, medical records, or clinical information. Where travel is medical in nature, the clinical itinerary is held by your provider; we coordinate the surrounding logistics only.
Sharing
We share information with the specialists we coordinate (your travel agency, lodging providers, ground operators, etc.) strictly to execute the journey. We do not share information for marketing.
We do not maintain financial relationships with the specialists we recommend. Vendor compensation comes from the engagement fee — never from referral commissions.
