Terms of Service
This document is a working draft maintained by Atlas Travel Management LLC. It is published for transparency. The final version is reviewed by counsel before contractual use.
These terms govern the engagement between Atlas Travel Management LLC and the client retaining us for travel coordination services.
Scope of service
Atlas provides travel coordination — orchestration of the specialists who hold provider roles. Atlas does not act as a travel agency, tour operator, broker, reseller, medical provider, legal advisor, immigration provider, or insurance broker.
Each engagement is scoped in writing and acknowledged by both parties before work begins.
Fees
Atlas is compensated through engagement fees and retainers. We do not accept commissions, markups, or rebates from any specialist we coordinate. Vendor invoices pass through at cost; the engagement fee is disclosed in writing.
Liability boundary
Atlas does not operate flights, accommodations, ground transport, medical procedures, or any other service. Liability for the conduct and outcome of those services rests with the specialists who hold them. Atlas's liability is limited to the coordination fees paid for the engagement in question.
